What We Believe
Every child deserves a fulfilled and rewarding life no matter what has happened to them in the past. At Fruitful Housing, we have every child in mind with the goal to make him or her fruitful at last. We begin this by providing a safe, secure, trustworthy, and relaxing home for our children. Our approach allows the child to relate with one or two individual support workers rather than managing multiple relationships at once as soon as they arrive, except they have complex cases that deserve multiple supervision.
Our team of professionals from qualified support staff to our therapists and psychologists as well as the operations and management team each understand our policies and play crucial role for our children and young people throughout their placement and beyond. They receive constant compulsory training to update them with the changes in the sector such PMVA, Safeguarding, Health and Safety etc.
And so our children are nurtured in a loving, caring, and supportive home providing them the opportunity to respond positively to their therapy with consequential good behaviour and embrace of new life. Our passionate and committed workforce not only encourages young people to thrive but also teaches them how to develop relationships by relating well with other individuals. For example, going on holiday, visiting parks, sending and receiving postcards, practical cooking exercises, and creating memories that everyday young person will treasure. These and many more intrinsic values of support and care that Fruitful Housing employs help children placed under our care recover and rebuild their lives astronomically.
